Refund and cancellation Policies

At Explorers Hub Hotel, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and a seamless booking experience. To maintain efficiency and fairness, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

1.1 Room Reservations

Flexible Rate Bookings: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM on the day of arrival) are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or failure to show up (“No-Show”) will result in 100% charge with no refund.
Early check-outs will not be refunded unless due to a verified emergency.

1.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings made under discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified after confirmation.

1.3 Group & Event Bookings

For group reservations (3+ rooms) or event bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to qualify for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in 100% charge with no refund.

2. Modification Policy

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in. Rate differences may apply.
Shortening a stay is treated as a partial cancellation and follows the cancellation policy above.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Any transaction fees or currency conversion fees applied by banks or payment processors are non-refundable.

4. Special Circumstances

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions), guests may be offered date changes or credit vouchers instead of refunds.
Medical emergencies must be supported by official documentation to qualify for special consideration.
